Dr. Saad Ali Al-Fadhli, a lecturer in the Department of Computer Technology Engineering in the departments of Najaf, was chosen as a scientific resident of the highly ranked American IEEE Access magazine, as the journal falls within the first quarter of the world within the Clarfit Q1 classifications. The choice of Al-Fadhli as a scientific denominator in international journals comes as a contribution to raising the name of the Imam Al-Kadhim (PBUH) College of the University among its Iraqi counterparts and the scientific achievements it offers in respected global fields at the modern research level.
