The office of the dean in the college is an administrative department consisting of two main divisions, namely the secret pen and e-mail, in addition to a unit that deals with decrees .. as the secret registry division works on receiving the external and internal mail and organizing it duly with specific and codified mechanisms that ensure its submission to the Dean to take the necessary according to the directions and vision of the Deanship as well Maintaining the confidentiality of information received from the highest priority authorities, while the E-Mail Division is the other to play a vital role that extends its work throughout the day and the hour in following up all mail and domestic and international correspondence and organizing its mechanisms in an organized manner that ensures their classification in a clear and accurate manner, in addition to translating them in case they are in other languages And submit it to the dean to take the necessary and required response from the appropriate fundamental and then work to re-send it to the relevant authorities and the engagement.
As for the unity of protocol, the latter bears upon it to organize technical affairs, etiquette affairs and official decrees in receiving guests and directing them according to the requirements of the official organization, especially with delegations and foreign personalities, and creating all appropriate conditions and atmosphere that reflect the identity of the college and its institutional and academic personality.
